After being diagnosed with hypertension, Ice Juice founder/owner refused to take doctor prescribed medications. He was aware of the harmful long-term effects medicine could create. Additionally, he did not want to become chemically dependent. A decision was made to take responsibility into his own hands. He purchased numerous books on hypertension and progressively researched what could actively be done to improve his health conditions. One vegetable continuously surfaced during research... celery. Knowing that stalks of celery wouldn't be in a normal diet throughout the day, he made cold- pressed juices apart of his daily diet. It's understood that today's society lives off of convenience.
